Returns are accepted only within the 30 days after receiving product.
A restocking fee of 20% of the item amount, along with all original and return freight charges back to our warehouse, will be applied to all refused or returned orders. No exceptions will be made.
JDM Tier1 Engines bears no responsibility for any damages that may occur during the shipment of engines, transmissions, or parts.
JDM Tier1 Engines does not assume responsibility for any expenses related to the application of our products, including but not limited to shipping, labor, and transportation.
Returned items must be in the same condition as they were received by the buyer.
Any engine or transmission that has been disassembled or parted cannot be accepted for return.
